Technical strengths include data centre and cloud infrastructure management, incident resolution, network monitoring (SNMP, Grafana, Splunk, Kentik), and hands-on experience supporting over 40+ global data centres. Brings a strong track record in cross-functional team collaboration and delivering reliable, secure infrastructure to support enterprise-level services.
